Are you meeting your daily vegetable intake? Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals. They also give you a lot of volume and nutrients for very little calories.

For most men, this generally means consuming 6-8 fist-sized portions of vegetables daily. For most women, this generally means consuming 4-6 fist-sized portions of vegetables daily.

To increase your vegetable intake try including vegetable sticks with a dip (Hummus, Tzatziki or Greek yogurt) as your morning or afternoon tea.
