Hemp seeds are a great source of plant-based protein. They are exceptionally nutritious and rich in healthy fats, protein, and various minerals. They provide similar amounts of protein as beef and lamb.  Just sprinkle from the packet to add to your smoothie, on yoghurt or in salads to add a nutty flavour.   They can be purchased from supermarkets.
