introduction to Resistance Training every afternoon 4 pm to 5 pm
Keeping teenagers active not only promotes great health and fitness, but also assists them with their concentration whilst studying. Empower Teen Classes include functional, high intensity exercise for growing bodies, introduction to gym equipment and resistance training in a fun environment.
Empower Teen Classes are held every afternoon from 4 to 5pm – bookings essential.
Custom designed, this after-school program is a fun and friendly fitness option just for teenagers, with the aim of developing positive exercise and healthy habits for life. As well as building physical strength and fitness, these classes will boost confidence, self-esteem and provide opportunities for friendship.
